Ideal for agility training and speed training drills, the Pro Down Step-Over Dummy – 12″ will take any and all the abuse your players (and their cleats) can dish out. Each step-over dummy is built to last with a rugged construction made of double-reinforced 18 oz. vinyl. This durable vinyl covering wraps around our industrial shock foam interior forming a trapezoid shape ideal for use on the field. Custom color options include Columbia Blue, Dark Green, Grey, Kelly Green, Maroon, Purple, Orange, Navy, Red, Tan, White, and Yellow.
Dimensions are 17″ base by 12″ height by a full 51″ length. This heavy duty model weighs 20 lbs. for total stability and can be used for a variety of speed and agility drills. Not to mention contact, tackling and blocking drills. Convenient handles are stitched and reinforced on back and on both ends of step-over dummy.
