Shock foam – a durable 5″ thick high-impact foam core is wrapped in a nylon-reinforced vinyl cover making the Pro Down Pro Shield the most heavy-duty football blocking shield on the market. Avoid and prevent injuries during practice and drills.

Blocking pad dimensions are extra tall and broad serving two purposes. One, the tall design allows for more specialized use at highly competitive levels. Two, they better prevent injuries for younger players (and more experienced players too). No matter what your methodology is, the broad 16″ W x 42″ H is the ideal size piece of practice equipment.
