For each of the products on our website, there is a handy “Add to cart” button that appears once you have selected the size and/or color (when applicable) of the item. Clicking “Add to cart” gathers up what you want to purchase and prepares for purchasing.
Once you’ve finished shopping for the things you need, click on the checkout button, where you will be taken to our quick an easy checkout system. We offer several convenient payment options, including credit card, PayPal, and check or money order.
If you prefer to place your order over the phone rather than through our online checkout system, we can also accommodate that. Please give us a call to explain which items you are purchasing, and we can process your order over the telephone.
After you complete the checkout process, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Your order then shows up in our system. We process orders within hours of receiving them, and we try to ship each order within 24 hours of having received it. For expedited orders, we make our best attempt to have the products ship the same day.
Tracking information is sent to you after your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is on its way.

We will provide you with the information you need to send back the item(s) you want to return.
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of when the order was delivered. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to receive credit. In cases where there is a manufacturer’s defect or an item is under warranty, we will replace the item at no charge to you.
